The Legacy of Vesuvius: Bourbon Discoveries on the Bay of Naples: 09/15 – 1/5/2025; This exhibition looks at the groundbreaking archaeological excavations sponsored by the Bourbon King Charles VII of Naples – the future king of Spain – and his wife, Maria Amalia, and continued by his son and successor Ferdinand IV.

Art and Imagination in Spanish America, 1500–1800: Highlights from LACMA’s Collection: 06/22 – 9/1/2024; The exhibition features over 100 works from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s notable collection of Spanish colonial art, showcasing the creative power of Spanish America as a global crossroads.

SPAIN arts & culture ON! features long-form digital projects and online exhibitions showcasing acclaimed and emerging authors, artists and performers from Spain:

SPAINfographics: Spainfographics features the work that the diaspora of Spanish infographic designers have developed during the past three decades in the United States. Twelve infographic artists, out of more than two dozen who have lived or worked in the U.S., are featured in this exhibition showcasing various skills with the goal to tell a visual story to the visitor on the topic Spain in the United States.

DC.es | A gaze at Washington, DC by five Spanish photographers: DC.es has been conceived as a project where five Spanish photographers, all of them fellows from the Spanish Academy in Rome, share their gazes of Washington through their lenses — gazes as personal, singular, and unique as the city itself.

Not Only What, But Also How: Not Only What, But Also How offers a review of each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals conducted by Spanish artists and organizations that will provide the opportunity to take a closer look at the 2030 Agenda.

Around Pollinators: Around Pollinators raises a reflection on the fundamental role of native biotopes in generating resilience in the face of the serious threat of climate change. With this purpose in mind, environmental Spanish artist Lucía Loren proposes the creation of a garden of native plants that seeks to attract and feed local populations of fauna, improving their habitats, air quality and biodiversity.

50 fotografías con historia: 50 fotografías con historia takes a look at the last eighty years of this discipline in Spain through its key participants: 50 images. Each of the selected photographs reflects an era, a way of understanding photography and, of course, its corresponding social and human burden.

Transformando lo físico: How can you describe a building without ever having seen it, without having walked through its doors? Transforming the physical environment has asked 12 Spanish creators to define our building without visiting it first, at least not in the traditional sense. To do this, the artists will work on the intervention of a photograph of the façade of the building which will be placed in the garden.

Around Nature: On the occasion of the 5th Centenary of the first trip around the world, accomplished by Juan Sebastian Elcano and Fernando de Magallanes, Spanish artist Juanli Carrión designs a garden commissioned by the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain that explores the socio-botanical consequences of the Magellan-Elcano expedition.

Teatro para dar la vuelta al mundo: Theater to circumnavigate the world features three emerging Spanish playwrights who create new short plays on the occasion of the 5th Centenary of the first trip around the world.

Spotlight on Contemporary Spanish Theater 2021: Contemporary Spanish theater is a blend of voices and styles exploring the issues of our time. The second edition of this series presents excerpts of works in a virtual format by contemporary Spanish playwrights with U.S. directors.
